1916 (21 June) red band cover addressed from Russian Post Office in Urga, Mongolia to Pekin, China. Franked with 10k, tied by "Urga v Mongolii" date-stamp, repeated on the back, with two different Chinese arrival postmarks, and Vladivostok censorship handstamp. Russian Post Office in Peking arrival date-stamp on back.
