1916 (13 Dec) red band cover addressed from Russian Post Office in Urga, Mongolia to Pekin, China. Franked with 10k, tied by "Urga v Mongolii" date-stamp, repeated alongside, with two different Chinese arrival postmarks.
Russian Post Office in Peking arrival date-stamp on back and Vladivostok censorship handstamp.
Rare date-stamp Type 7a (Tchilingirian & Stephen).
